Renewals, upgrades and pauses
- Renewals can be paid at the desk, through a payment link, in the app, or collected automatically with recurring payments.
- Upgrades move a member to a higher plan without losing their history.
- Pauses go through one Pause Approvals queue for memberships and personal training. Approve or reject with a reason; pause days are credited back automatically, so nobody edits expiry dates by hand and gets it wrong.
Waivers and forms
